Concert St Wilfrid's Parish Church Saturday 12th December 7.30pm

The Elysian Singers will be performing their Christmas concert of Carols and Christmas music in St Wilfrid's Church. The choir is based in Wetherby and sings a wide range of mostly unaccompanied choral music. Saturday's concert will consist of some well-know Carols as well as some more unusual ones and a few Christmas readings. On this occasion the choir is accompanied by our organist, Cliff Pritchard. Tickets £5 available on the door and will include coffee/tea and mince pies.

Churchyard Tidying

There will not be an organised churchyard tidying group in December 2015 or January 2016. However some work will continue to be done on as and when basis and if you would like to spend an hour raking leaves or sweeping paths please do so but remember to bag up and take away all rubbish. It is expected that the working group will start again on the last Saturday of February 2016 dependant on fair weather and, hopefully. more volunteers. Linda & Brian Crackles

Christingle and Gift Service Sunday 6th December 3.00pm St Wilfrid's Parish Church

Do join us and support the work of the Childrens Society.  We combine this service with the collection of gifts to be distributed to needy children.  If you bring a gift please mark on it whether it is suitable for a boy/girl and the age group.  The Christingles will be made up in Church on Saturday 5th December at 9.00am and it would be lovely to have as much help as possible.  Refreshments will be provided.

Parish Family Ceilidh Brayton Primary School Hall Saturday 28th November 4.00 - 7.00pm

The congregation were asked to write down their 5 favourite hymns and a top 40 was produced. we will be singing the top ten, finding out along the way our congragations favourite hymns.

St Wilfrid's Summer Fair 6th June 2.00pm - Brayton Village Green

Come along and enjoy all the fun of the fair, something for everyone, crafts, nearly new toys, cakes, books, cards, and miniature train rides.  Refreshments will be in the Primary School. The fair will close at 4pm followed by an informal open air service.
